Validate Technical Support

SimVenture Validate technical support is provided from our UK offices. Being an on-line browser-based product, Validate runs from our servers which are also currently located in the UK.

Browser access

We guarantee compatibility with the most recent 2 versions on any browser, but we recommend Chrome for the best experience. If you are experiencing any interface issues with Validate we recommend you first check the version of the browser you are using before contacting the team.

Hardware

The learning solution can be accessed on Mac, PC and Tablet but is not currently designed to be used with a phone as the screen size is too small to make meaningful use of the product
