As a team, we are always conducting business simulation research and collecting data from academics, trainers and of course users of our products. All this vital feedback and intelligence drives our work and helps us to provide what people like you want.
If you have been involved with any of our business simulation research projects and would like to say more, we’d love to hear from you. You might want to suggest a product improvement, tell us what you like, highlight a bug or possibly compare/contrast our work with another simulation.
Alternatively, you may already be doing some related business simulation research and wish to involve us with your studies.
Student Employability Study
As part of the team’s work with SimVenture Evolution, we are undertaking an ongoing ‘Employability Impact’ study with students who use the software. Led by Learning and Development Manager, Lesley Strachan, the study is seeking to measure the impact the business simulation has on peoples’ employability skills and attitudes.
If you are using Evolution as part of a module or course and would like to involve your students in the business simulation research, please get in touch with the Learning and Development Team. A summary report will be provided to all participating institutions.
Evolution featured in 4* Academic Journal
In January 2018, The Academy of Management (Learning & Education section) published an article entitled ‘Evolution in Business Simulations: A Review of the SimVenture Evolution platform.’ Written by Emilee Simmons, Director of Enhancement at Leeds University Business School, the piece is an objective assessment of the on-line simulation.
